Jananthan is a physician-scientist — MD, and an Executive MPH in Health Informatics from the Yale School of Public Health — with 10+ years across Phase I–III clinical trials, inpatient medicine, pharmacovigilance, and health informatics. He architected and built Thea Biosciences' end-to-end computational discovery pipeline (pocket-aware generation, physics-based screening, multi-parameter safety optimization), led the ApoE4 campaign that produced the cross-validated lead series, and drove the provisional patent filing — pairing clinical and regulatory rigor (FDA / ICH / GCP) with data-driven drug discovery.

Ramja Sritharan, PhD(c)

Ramja is a cancer scientist at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai studying how tumors evade immune attack and how to overcome resistance to immunotherapy. Her peer-reviewed work — in Nature Communications, Cell Reports, JCI Insight, and CMGH — spans immuno-oncology and functional cancer genomics, connecting disease mechanism to therapeutic opportunity. At Thea Biosciences she defines the biological and translational framework behind each program: grounding platform-generated candidates in real disease biology, designing the validation strategy from prediction to proof, and leading the scientific diligence and partnerships that move them toward the clinic.
